As JUMP’s Vice President of Marketing, Aysha has over 15 years of marketing, communications, and public relations experience- ranging from working with media start-ups to global HR companies. She loves the power of the written word and how to invoke emotion through storytelling. Aysha strongly believes the art of communication can enable organizations to build more intentional DEI frameworks.

Mario is a wearer of many hats at Jump Recruits. By title, a Client Partnerships Lead, you’ll likely find his fingerprints sprinkled throughout the company. Leveraging a track record of Talent Advisory and DEI research + development, he’s passionate about a more equitable workforce and changing the way corporate America looks, feels, & thinks. You’ll probably be able to spot Mario due to his love of colorful shirts. He also has an academic background in psychology and HR management.

Chelsea is a Senior Talent Advisor at Jump Recruits, bringing over 5 years experience in the recruitment industry. She specializes in high volume recruiting as well as candidate coaching, specifically in the realm of DEI. She believes that if you can make people laugh, you are on your way to building a strong and long-lasting connection. When Chelsea isn’t working, you can find her at her local Florida beach, basking in the sun.

Lourdes is a Talent Sourcer at Jump Recruits. She has a strong passion for collaborating in the development of creative and inclusive search strategies, ultimately finding the right match for each role. For Lourdes, delivering a white glove experience is crucial when working with both candidates and clients alike. She can always solve the mystery of the perfect-fit candidate as she is a detective novel aficionado.

Paul is a Talent Sourcer here at Jump Recruits, He brings unique value to sourcing by always keeping the searches innovative and fresh, blending together his expertise with market data and the client’s values + vision. As an avid music lover, Paul says “If sourcing were music notes, I would be the producer trying to make the track pitch perfect.”

Jose is our Community Manager here at Jump Recruits. He finds joy in creating things from scratch- from visual creations to written expressions. He’s passionate about learning new skills that can help him grow either professionally or his personal life. Outside of work, you’ll probably find Jose playing video games or watching sports.

Zheina is a dedicated and versatile administrative assistant with proven organizational skills. She learns quickly and approaches tasks with creativity + ingenuity. She loves being in such an important support role that allows her to work with each person on the team. Zheina believes that there is always a way to learn within the organization, which helps her constantly develop her skill sets.

Grace is a resourceful administrative assistant with proven dedication towards her craft. She is a problem solver and a solution finder. Bringing over 4 years of experience in the recruitment field, Grace is adaptable to any changes and always open to feedback to find ways to enhance her workflow. Her flexibility allows her to work with each person from the team. Grace believes that “everyday is a learning process” and her core values are to serve with passion and integrity to her field. Her family is her greatest motivation.
